Love. Lake. Life.

Fliteboarding has always been synonymous with freedom, independence and following your own path - the ultimate way to seek out the unknown and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature with a product that treads lightly on its environment.

A journey through Lake Powell’s lesser visited canyons and waterways seemed like the perfect expression of this.

Nestled on the border of Utah and Arizona, Lake Powell is a stunning man-made reservoir known for its breathtaking red rock landscapes and clear blue waters.  Part of the Glen Canyon National Reserve, it stretches over 186 miles in length with nearly 2,000 miles of shoreline, crying out to be explored.

Lake Powell's calm and expansive waters provide the perfect conditions for Fliteboarding, allowing riders to experience the thrill of gliding above the water with unparalleled views of towering sandstone cliffs and hidden canyons. The multitude of bays and coves offer sheltered areas that are ideal for both beginners and experienced fliteboarders looking for a particularly scenic ride.

Flat water foiling through a place shaped by the elements over millennia felt like a unique and exhilarating meeting of the past, present and future.

The area also has a rich history of Native American habitation dating back over 700 years, where humans lived in harmony with their environment, adapting with the seasons, mindful of nature’s resource.

Today Lake Powell faces significant environmental pressures primarily due to prolonged drought, climate change and water management practices, leading to increasingly low water levels. While this is revealing more of the canyon’s past, it’s a stark reminder of the need to live more sustainably.

Fliteboarding is one small step in that direction, allowing you to explore more of the world’s sensitive aquatic environments and leave no trace. This is our mission, as we aim to open up more waterways in an environmentally conscious way, for generations to come, because as anyone who’s ever fliteboarded somewhere beautiful like Lake Powell will tell you, adventure like this isn’t just fun, it feeds the soul.
